I mean, sometimes bad weather can secure more goals (slippery ball and gloves and hey there's a goal), sometimes the pitch is totally full of water and the ball will almost be unplayable, which means most likely less goals. If the rain is really cold it can also be demotivating for the players to perform well, eventhough they are out there anyways. Most of it depends on the quality of the pitch and I have no clue about the quality of the pitch in Columbus.
